• Please reach us at puppies@petemporiumweston.com to make sure the puppy you're looking for is still available!
• A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve your desired puppy.
• A puppy deposit form is required to be signed by the individual who will be making the deposit. (CLICK HERE FOR FORM)
• Once the puppy deposit form has been completed & signed, please email it back to puppies@petemporiumweston.com with a copy of your driver's license & credit card (Front & Back). 
• Get in contact with us via email (puppies@petemporiumweston.com) or text/whatsApp (1-517-945-9143) to make sure the puppy deposit form was received & your puppy is officially reserved.
• You'll soon be contacted by a staff member to arrange your pickup or hand delivery of your new puppy!
• The remaining balance is due on your schedule pickup date or delivery date.
• If for any reason you need to CANCEL your puppy reservation, you'll be issued a STORE CREDIT for the full amount of the deposit. Your STORE CREDIT can be used for anything in our BOUTIQUE, Including a future reservation for a puppy. Your STORE CREDIT never expires! 

• PICKUP: To collect your puppy from our premises, kindly arrange a pickup appointment with one of our staff members.
• DELIVERY: For the transportation of your new puppy, hand delivery fees within the United States vary between $250 and $800, while international delivery costs range from $500 to $2500+.

All puppies will travel with one of our flight nannies that will ensure the safety of your puppy if needed. JUST ASK US ABOUT IT! We never ship puppies in CARGO as that becomes extremely dangerous for the safety of the puppies.
